Analysis of social policy targeting

This document presents a two-level analysis of targeting: geographic and individual. The first level presents the results of the 2007 District Poverty Map and analyzes the geographic allocation of resources from the “Vaso de Leche” Program and the Municipal Compensation Fund (Foncomun). The second level analyzes individual targeting to assess the effectiveness of the Community Kitchens, School Breakfast, Glass of Milk, and Comprehensive Health Insurance programs, using data from the National Household Survey conducted by the National Institute of Statistics.
