Abstract
Against the backdrop of a global financial crisis, Peru has one of the lowest inflation rates in the region, maintains the normal flow of the payment and credit chain, and exhibits an exchange rate without extreme volatility. Here, the measures adopted by the Central Reserve Bank are evaluated.
