Maria Rita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Lima. Her research interests include the evaluation and design of public policies, focusing on topics such as public investment, public and private pension systems, and the use of Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) models. She is also interested in current policy-relevant issues such as crime and urban economics. She has experience in the public sector and teaching.
